On the Reading of Blogs… Tuesday, 30 September 2008

Since moving to work for a Church (which is fantastic!) my amount of blogging time has decreased. However, Mark Altrogge shares some good and helpful thoughts: Read Books, Not Blogs - a great encouragement not to read blogs at the expense of good books. Here are Mr Altrogge’s three reasons:

  1. Books Require More Reflection From the Reader
  2. Books Are the Result of Much Reflection By the Writer
  3. Books Bring Accountability
  4. Mark Altrogge, Read Books Not Blogs, The Blazing Center

Why not have a read – and then go a find a good book! If you’re not sure where to start, why not have a look at the little series on reading Christian books or even some book reviews. Then go and find a good book.
